Kyle Smith, D.D.S.

Dr. Kyle Smith is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and has spent years advancing his specialty training in Dental Sleep Medicine due to a desire to provide patients with a comfortable and convenient way to treat their obstructive sleep apnea with Oral Appliance Therapy.

Dr. Smith has spent the last five years advancing his specialty training in Dental Sleep Medicine, due to a desire to provide CPAP intolerant patients a way to successfully treat their obstructive sleep apnea with Oral Appliance Therapy.

Beginning in 2015, he began seeking continuing education opportunities in the field of dental sleep medicine and has accumulated over 100 hours during this time. In 2019, he was 1 of 12 Dallas area doctors to complete an intensive 6-month Sleep Medicine Continuum at Texas A&M College of Dentistry where he obtained a comprehensive working knowledge of sleep related breathing disorders and patient management with Dental Sleep Medicine.

In 2020, he successfully completed the Mastery Course of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and holds the “Qualified Dentist” designation by the AADSM. The AADSM Mastery Program is a comprehensive, clinically-focused and evidence-based education program limited to dentists, that provides dentists with the necessary training and skills they need to provide oral appliance therapy to patients who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea and snoring.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kyle loves spending time with his wife, Holly, and their two children, Lydia and Carter. He also enjoys going to festivals on the weekends, listening to live music, coaching his kids’ sports teams, playing guitar with family and friends, and fly fishing as much as possible.
